If this is an emergency: This is not an emergency service. We reply during office hours, and a session has to be arranged in advance. If you or someone else is in immediate danger, or you are thinking of harming yourself, please call 112 or Tele-MANAS on 14416 now, or go to your nearest hospital.

• Counselling is a conversation, not medical treatment. It does not replace care from a doctor or a psychiatrist, and we cannot prescribe or change any medication.
• What you tell your counsellor stays confidential. The one exception is where there is a serious risk to someone's life or safety, or where the law requires us to speak, and we would tell you if that ever applied.
• Our guidance is given within the Shari'ah framework, alongside recognised counselling practice.
• The fee pays for the counsellor's time and expertise. No particular outcome can be promised. You can cancel for a full refund any time before your session starts; the fee is not refundable once the session has been held. If you cannot attend, tell us at least 24 hours beforehand and we will move your slot.
• Everything you enter on this form is used only to arrange and record your counselling. It is not shared with anybody outside the centre.
