Family Counselling
Family Counselling
Family counselling or family therapy is a means to develop healthy and functional family relationships.
Through the help of professional counsellors, it aims to address psychological, behavioural, and emotional issues that cause friction between different members of the family.
To keep a successful family moving forward is to understand and identify the needs of the individual members and balance the well-being of the family unit. Family counselling is a unique form of therapy that helps to address those issues. A counsellor or therapist can be a great resource for any size family.

- Empower to make helpful decisions
- Provide support through difficult life transitions
- Have more fulfilling relationships

Child
Counselling
Counselling
Raising a child in today’s fast-paced world can be extremely challenging. As, children can be exposed to many issues from academic, social pressure, and family breakdown, which is likely to cause emotional, physical and mental health problems. We understand this, and to this end, Family First Foundation organises seminars for both parents as well as children on how to overcome these challenges effectively using dynamic methods of learning yet keeping in mind the fun value for the children. During the process, the therapy helps to identify the underlying problems and issues to provide the best possible solution.
Youth Forums
Adolescence is one of the most important stages of human development. During the teenage years, young people face many physical, psychological, identity and relationship changes on their journey to adulthood. While adolescence is often stereotyped as a difficult and tumultuous time, it is important to remember that many adolescents move through this developmental stage of life respectfully and peacefully.
The youth of today are faced with all kinds of pressures whether it be academic pressures in this hyper-competitive world where every point of a percentage can make a huge difference to their
future career prospects or social pressures where one’s self-worth is often judged by how many likes they accumulate on Instagram or how many followers they have on Twitter.
Family First Foundation organises periodic Youth Forums where we try to inculcate good social and moral values into the youth while also striving to give them a competitive edge in the field of learning.
